摘要
通过向聚合物低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中填加导电填料不锈钢纤维和镍粉,制备成了LDPE-Ni/不锈钢纤维电磁屏蔽复合薄膜.实验研究了金属填充聚合物LDPE作为电磁屏蔽复合膜的性能,分析了金属填料的加入对复合膜电磁性能、导电性能和力学性能的影响机理.结果表明,该薄膜对800 MHz以下的低频段电磁波有良好的屏蔽效能,屏蔽值为25-30 dB;“渗滤阈值”为15%-20%;材料具有较强的吸波功能;当不锈钢纤维和镍粉的质量分数为16%时,复合材料达到最大拉伸强度15 MPa.
An electromagnetic shielding material was prepared by adding stainless steel fiber and nickel powder into low density polyethylene. The effects of adding stainless steel fibers on the electromagnetic shielding as well as on the electrical and mechanical properties of the composite are studied. The results showed that the material's shielding efficiency is 25-30 dB(f〈 800 MHz), and the percolation threshold is 15 %6 -20 %. It can absorb electromagnetic wave because of its magnetism and electric wastage of the stainless steel fiber. The material attains its highest tensile strength when the content of nickel powder and stainless steel fiber reaches 16 %.
