Analysis on the Relevance between Ningxia Human Capital Existence Quantity and Economic Development

运用计量经济学方法,以全国第三次人口普查资料以及与人力资本相关的统计数据为依据,估算宁夏回族自治区21年中每年的人力资本存量,并且以每年的人力资本存量为自变量,以每年的经济发展水平为因变量,拟合出相应的曲线,由此证明人力资本存量与经济发展水平高度正相关。

This article attempts to estimate the annual human capital existence quality of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 21 years through using the method of econometrics based on the materials of the third national consensus and some statistics relevant to human capital. It tries to draw the curve by taking the annual human capital existence quality as independent variable and annual economic development level as dependent variable in order to prove that human capital existence quality is positively relevant to economic development level.
