摘要
以脂肪胺、芳香酮和甲醛为主要原料,室内合成了母体缓蚀剂MNX,与四种增效剂(PA、XI、YCl和ZCl)进行了复配,制备出了高温酸化缓蚀剂YSH-05。用静态失重法对其缓蚀性能进行了评价,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。在15%的盐酸、氢氟酸和土酸中,90℃下钢片的腐蚀速率为1-4 g/(m2.h),缓蚀率均大于99%,耐温可达150℃,具有良好的缓蚀性能。
Inhibitor MNX was synthesized using amine, ketone and aldehyde. Corrosion inhibitor YSH-05 for hightemperature acidification was prepared by combining inhibitor MNX and four synergistic agents (PA, XI, YCI and ZCl). Corrosion performance was evaluated by weight loss testing and anticorrosion mechanism was als0 studied. The corrosion rate of steel of inhibitor YSH-05 was 1 -4 g/(m^2·h) in 15wt% hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and earth acid media at 90 ℃, and the inhibitive efficiency was all above 99% and the temperature tolerance was as high as 150 ℃.
