摘要
本文研究了γ-Fe_2O_3材料的制备和掺杂对CO气敏特性的影响。实验表明用硫酸盐制备的γ-Fe_2O_3材料具有相对高的灵敏度,进行适当的Ti-Rh复合氧化物掺杂又明显提高了γ-Fe_2O_3材料对CO的灵敏度。讨论了该掺杂的量对CO灵敏度的影响,及相应元件的基本性质。
The preparation of γ-Fe2O3 material and the doping influence on gas-sensitive character were studied in this paper. Experimental results indicate that the γ-Fe2O3 made from sulfate has higher sensitivity. The sensitive character increases obviously when the material in doped with Ti-Rh compound oxide. The influence of doping on sensitivity is discussed. The CO gas-sensor properties of the sample made from doped material are reported.
