摘要 采用含有机物的镍基高温合金原粉,用粉末烧结法制备了球形多孔高温合金材料。利用扫描电镜观察试样的显微组织,利用Instron电子拉伸试验机测试试样的抗压强度。结果表明:试验条件下该材料的最佳烧结工艺是烧结温度1200℃、保温时间1 h随炉冷却;其孔隙分布均匀,孔径大小一致;其素坯通过高温烧结,骨架处的金属颗粒之间产生了烧结颈,形成了烧结结合;其孔隙率随造孔剂(尿素)含量的增加而增加,当造孔剂含量为40%时,可得到孔隙率为81.62%的多孔材料。该材料具有优良的能量吸收性能,其压缩性能随孔隙率和孔径的增加而下降。 The porous superalloy material with hollow spherical pores was fabricated by means of metal powder sintering using nickel-base superalloy powders. The optimum sintering processing parameters of this kind of material were defined to be sintering at 1 200 ℃, holding for 1 h and subsequent furnace cooling. Structure observation revealed that the pores of the porous material containing organic substance exhibited a uniform distribution, and the apertures were of same size in principle. The biscuit of porous metal was sintered and the sintering necks between adjacent prills were created at metal skeleton after sintering. The porosity of the porous material increased with increasing the addition of pore forming agent, and the porous material with a porosity of 81. 62% could be obtained when the content of pore forming agent was 40%. The compression test indicate that this kind of material possess excellent energy absorption capability, and the compression resistance decrease with the increasing of porosity and aperture.
