摘要 目的:探讨白炽光源激活血卟啉的条件。材料和方法:利用白炽光源照射血卟啉,选用DPBF的相对消耗量反映血卟啉的激活程度。结果:白炽光源能够激活血卟啉的最低光强应在1.27×10-10W/cm2~15.2×10-10W/cm2;在弱光条件下,照射时间、血卟啉浓度以及光强三者与血卟啉激活效率满足:照射时间>光强>血卟啉浓度。结论:血卟啉的激活程度与光强、照射时间和溶液浓度三者的关系密不可分。 Objectlve: We experimentally study the condition of theoretically Incandescence -activated Hematoporphyrin. Materials and Methods: Activated Hematoporphyrin exposed to light is measured by relative DPBF wastage.Results: The lowest intensity of Incandescence -activated Hematoporphyrin is measured to be 1.27 × 10^-10W/cm^2 and 15.2×10^-10W/cm^2; the relations of efficiency of activating hematoporphyfin iUuminated by Incandescence are exposure duration〉 light intensity〉the concentration of hematoporphyrin. Conclusions: The degree of ultrasonically activating hematoporphyrin illuminated by light has a close relation between the light intensity, exposure duration and the concentration of hematoporphyrin.
