终身教育体系的构建与思考

终身教育是贯穿于人的一生的教育,它根据每个人不同时期的需要,以最好的方式给每一位公民提供必要的知识与技能,以及学习、训练和自我培养的机会。构建终身教育体系在目前有着重要的意义,文章通过对我国终身教育现状的考察,提出了构建终身教育体系的具体方案,并对其中可能出现的重要问题进行了思考。

Life-long education is the one that runs through the whole life to provide in the best manner every citizen with necessary knowledge and skills, and the opportunities for study, training and self-cultivation, with a view to the needs at differcnt periods. It is significant to build a life-long education system. The author, through having investigated the life-long education situation in China, proposed the concrete plan for building a life-long education system and had a thought upon those problems that would happen in the process.
