摘要
本文应用投入产出技术,构建了用于分析薪酬激励强度与企业增长关系的量化模型,并将该模型应用到了A公司,发现在固定薪酬不变的条件下,激励强度越大,企业总产出、全员生产率越大,企业劳动效益越小。激励强度的确定需要科学地测度激励强度与员工薪酬、劳动生产率、劳动效益等经济指标的关系,使激励对个体和组织的效用都得到帕累托改进。
In this paper, we set up a model for the quantitative analysis on the incentive intensity and enterprise growth and applied this model to A enterprise. Under the fixed salary constant condition, we found that the bigger incentive intensity, the more aggregate output and all-personnel labor productivity is achieved, while labor benefit smaller. The quantification of the incentive intensity needs to scientifically measure the relation between incentive intensity and firm's economic indicator, so as to let the utility of the organization and the individual have Pareto Improvement.
