对甘肃河西民族地区特色种植业经济发展的思考

Consideration of Developing on the Unique Planting Industry in He’xi Minority Regions of Gansu Province

少数民族地区的发展一直是政府和诸多专家关注的焦点,而这些地区走上富裕道路的一条有效途径是:充分利用自身地域禀赋的自然资源和条件,发展"人无我有,人有我优"的特色产业。本文作者在对甘肃省河西民族地区四个民族自治县实地考察的基础上,通过定量和定性分析,确定了四个民族自治县显在和潜在的特色种植业,着重论述了以种草为主的特色种植业产业化开发可行性分析和产业化开发构想,并在此基础上,提出了特色种植业产业化开发的几点创新建议。

Our government and many experts pay much attention to the development of minority regions all along. As far as the minority regions concerned, an effective way to become richer is that they should make full use of the gifted natural resources and conditions to develop unique industry which has the character of ＂I have what others don＇t have and what I have is better than others do＂. On the basis of the field investigation to four autonomic counties in He＇xi minority regions, the author establishes distinct and potential unique planting industry for the four autonomic counties by quantitative and qualitative analysis. The author mainly dwells on the feasible analysis and ideas of the industrialization development for the unique planting industry which gives priority to grow grass. As a result, the author puts forward some innovative suggestions on industrialization exploitation of unique planting industry.
