摘要
20世纪80年代以来,山西省自然保护区管理工作在法规制订、监督执法、基础建设、科学研究、教育宣传上取得了显著成效,但也存在违法不断、投入不足、划分不合理、管理混乱等诸多问题,迫切需要采取加强执法、加大投入、科学规划、理顺管理体制、加强科研等有效措施以实现有效管理。
The management of nature protection area in Shanxi Province has made such remarkable effects in regulations prescription, enforcing law, fundamental construction, scientific research and educational dissemination since 1980s＇. However, there are still some problems, such as constantly violation of law, insufficient input, unreasonable division, disorder management and so on, which are pressing needed to take effective measures through strengthening enforcement of law, enlarging the input, reorganizing management system, enhancing scientific research, etc.
