摘要 基于超临界流体萃取原理,通过单因素和正交试验研究了超临界CO2萃取玫瑰精油的最佳工艺条件为:原料粒度60目,流量18L.h-1,萃取时间1.5h,温度40℃,压力16MPa。GC/MS联用仪对产物进行分析,共测出60种化合物,并给出它们的百分含量,通过谱库检索、结合裂解机理,参照ISO9842-2003标准对其17种重要化合物进行鉴别,主要产物含量与ISO标准要求的含量基本一致。 Based on the basic principle of extraction with supercritical fluid, the condition for extracting oil from rose was optimized through odd factor tests and an orthogonal experiment. The optimum technological condition of extraction: particle size 60meshes, CO2 flow 18L·h^-1,operating time 1.5h,temperature 40℃, working pressure 16MPao The constituents from the essential oil of rose are annlyzed by gas chromatography-mass chromatography, accounting for Area% and 60 compounds in it are reported.17 compounds accorded with MS as the data are retrieved from MS spectroscopy library are identified by comparing them with ISO9842-2003 standard samples, the areas of major constituent are similar with the standard samples.
