中国民办高等教育经过了二十多年的发展,成绩斐然。但同时也面临着一些挑战和困境:教育公平、资金投入、宏观和微观管理、个体定位、师资及生源等问题。如何处理好这些问题,促进民办高等教育又好又快地发展,是政府管理部门和举办者共同面对的课题。

Having experienced the development for over 20 years, our country＇ s civilian-run higher education has got much good achievement;at the same time it also faces some difficulties and challenges：fair education;the funds;marcro and micro administrations;individual position;teaching staff and source of students. It is the subject co-faced by the state and the school-runner how to well handle the above questions and promote both well fast and good development of the civilian-run higher education.
