幽门螺杆菌尿素通道蛋白研究进展

摘要 幽门螺杆菌是人类最常见的致病菌,我国普通人群的感染率为50%～80%,而且仍以每年1%～2%的速度增加。H.pylori感染与人B型胃炎和消化性溃疡的发生有密切关系,同时与MALT淋巴瘤和胃癌以及胃肠外疾病也有重要的关系。实验证明H.pylori能够导致蒙古沙鼠胃癌的发生,故已被世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构列入第一类致癌原。抗生素在H.pylori根除及其相关疾病治疗方面取得了较大进展,但其毒副作用明显、疗效不稳定,
