摘要
在当前有关教师观念的研究中,教师的教育观念与其教育行为之间的关系问题是探讨得最多的。本研究聚焦教师观念中非常重要的类观念———教师的儿童学习观,综合使用问卷、深入访谈、参与式观察以及资料分析等方法,从类型、内容以及个案分析的角度对教师的儿童学习观与其指导儿童学习的教育行为之间的关系进行了深入细致的探讨。
The relationship between teachers' beliefs and behaviors are mostly discussed, and the relationship of them is also an important research direction among the studies on teachers' educational beliefs. Taking teachers' beliefs about children's learning as the incisive point and adopting interviews, observations, questionnaires and data analysis as the main research methods, this article examines the relationship between teachers' beliefs about children's learning and their behaviors. Type analysis, content analysis and case study of teachers' beliefs and their behaviors are given a more detailed discussion.
