底物固相分散法测定肉苁蓉中有机氯的残留研究

Studies on Organochlorine Pesticides Residues in Herba Cistanches by Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion Method

目的建立肉苁蓉中多种有机氯类农药同时检测的方法。方法运用底物固相分散(MSPD)法、气相色谱法同时测定肉苁蓉中六六六及滴滴涕七种异构体。结果六六六及滴滴涕七种异构体的加标回收率均大于80%,RSD<5%,肉苁蓉样品在优化的MSPD的实验条件下,无需进一步净化即可用于气相色谱检测。结论该方法具有试剂用量少,操作简便,快速等特点。

Objectlve To determine the organochlorine pesticide residues in Herba Cistanches. Methods Seven organochlorinated pesticide residues in Herba Cistanches were determined by matrix solid -phase dispersion method（MSPD） and gas chromatography. Results The recoveries of organochlorine pesticides in Herba Cistanches were above 80%. The relative standard deviations all were below 5% （n =5）. The MSPD condition was optimized. Under the MSPD condition , no further cleanup was necessary for subsequent gas chromatographic determination. Conclusion This method has features of fewer solvents, easy operation and rapidness.
