消水散药效学研究

摘要 目的研究消水散治疗结核性胸水的机制。方法运用灌胃给药途径观察其对小鼠在促进结核性胸水的消退、抗慢性增生性炎症中的作用及其对小鼠胸腺、脾脏的重量和血清溶血素水平的影响。结果该制剂具有良好的加速结核性胸水的消退及一定的抗慢性炎症作用,并可增强机体的免疫功能。结论消水散对结核性胸水的治疗作用主要在于能加速消水、抗炎及增强免疫功能。 Objective To study the treatment mechanism of Xiaoshui powder on tuberculous pleurisy, Methods To observe the effects of Xiaoshui powder on promoting extinction of tuberculous pleural fluid of Mus musculus albus with the administration route of lavage, counteracting Chronic hyperplastic inflammation ,and in their weight of thymus gland and spleen of mouse, as well as the level of serumal hemolysin. Results Xiaoshui powder could promote extinction of tuberculous pleural fluid and counteract Chronic hyperplastic inflammation and reinforce immune function. Conclusion Xiaoshui powder can speed up the extinction of fluid and resist inflammatory and reinforce immune function.
