正交实验法优选重楼皂苷提取工艺的研究

Optimization of Extraction Process of Saponins of Paris Polyphylla with Orthogonal Design Method

目的优选重楼皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以薯蓣皂苷元的含量为考察指标,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其含量,采用正交实验法对重楼皂苷的提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为重楼药材粗粉加8倍量85%的乙醇回流2次,1.5 h/次。结论优化得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好。

Objective To optimize the extraction process saponins of Paris polyphylla. Methods The orthogonal design method was used to optimize extraction process for saponins of Paris polyphylla with the extraction amount of Diosgenin as observing index. Results The optimum extracting procedure was as follows： the raw powder of Paris polyphylla was extracted with 85% alcohol for two times, with 8 folds of the solvent volume and refluxing ninety minutes each time. Conclusion The optimum extracting process is simple, stable and efficient.
