清益康乳膏的制备及含量测定

Study on the Preparation and Determination for Qingyikang Creams

目的讨论清益康乳膏的制备方法及含量测定。方法选择适宜的基质制成O／W型乳膏；以芦丁为检测指标，用紫外分光光度法测定乳膏中总黄酮的含量。结果所选用基质合理，质量稳定，芦丁检测浓度线性范围7．92～47．52ug／ml（r=0．9997），平均回收率为98．35％。结论该制剂制备工艺合理，含量测定方法简便、可行。

Objective To prepare Qingyikang cream and to establish its quality control method. Methods Appropriate base was selected to prepared the type creams; with the rutin as the evaluating index and the content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry and its stability was reviewed as well. Results The selected base was suitable, the quality was stable. The linear range of rutin was 7.92 - 47.52 p,g/ml （ r = 0.999 7 ）, and the average recovery was 98.35 %. Conclusion The preparation procedure for Qingyikang cream is feasible,and the quality control method is simple and feasible.
