摘要
目的研究双黄连粉针剂的化学成分,为明确双黄连粉针剂药效、毒效的物质基础提供依据。方法应用各种色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离,并利用各种色谱和光谱技术鉴定所分离得到的化学成分。结果从双黄连粉针剂中分离得到6个化合物,经鉴定分别为:黄芩苷(baicalin,Ⅰ)、大黄酚(chrysophenol,Ⅱ)、绿原酸(chlorogenic acid,Ⅲ)、芦丁(rutin,Ⅳ)、异虎耳草素(isopimpinellin,Ⅴ)和槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅵ)。结论除黄芩苷(baicalin,Ⅰ)、绿原酸(chlorogenic acid,Ⅲ)外,其它4种化合物均系从该制剂中首次分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Shuanglhuanglian injection. Methods Shuanghuanglian injection was manufactured according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005), and separated with column chromatography, Structures of the compounds were identified by their physical - chemical character and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from Shuanghuanglian Injection. They were baicalin ( Ⅰ ), chrysophenol ( Ⅱ), chlorogenic acid ( Ⅲ ), rutin ( Ⅳ ), isopimpinellin ( Ⅴ ) and quercetin ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from Shuanghuanglian injection for the first time.
