紫丁香叶中丁香苦苷时空变化规律的研究

Studies on Spatio-temporal Characteristics of Syringopicroside in Leaves of Syringa oblata

目的分析紫丁香叶中丁香苦苷的含量随月份和空间的动态变化规律,为紫丁香叶及其制剂的开发提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,甲醇-水(30∶70)等度洗脱,测定了紫丁香在不同生长发育期、同一生长期的不同空间紫丁香叶中丁香苦苷的含量。结果不同生长期和不同空间的紫丁香叶中的丁香苦苷含量动态变化具有一定规律。结论研究结果可为紫丁香叶药材的生产、质量标准研究和最佳采收期的确定提供科学依据。

Objective To provide scientific basis for exploiting new resource of Syringa oblata Lindl. , the regularity of change on syringopieroside in leaves of S. oblata with its different months and sites was studied. Methods HPLC method was applied to measure the content of syringopicroside in different months and parts. Results The syringopicroside in leaves of S. oblata, in different stages and parts may have regular changes in content. Conclusion The results of the study can provide references for the production, establishing the quality standard and the selection of optimum harvesting time of S. oblata Lindl.
