摘要
目的研究傣药腊肠树果实中的氨基酸和无机元素。方法采用氨基酸分析仪和原子吸收光谱仪对腊肠树果实中的氨基酸和无机元素进行定性定量分析。结果腊肠树果实中主要含氨基酸15种,总量为2.07%;含无机元素13种,其中钾、钙、镁含量较高。结论研究结果,为进一步探讨傣药腊肠树果实的开发应用价值提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the amino acids and inorganic elements in fruits of Cassia fistula L.. Methods The amino acids and inorganic elements in fruits of Cassia fistula L. were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by amino acids analyzer and atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Fruits of Cassia fistula L. contains fifteen amino acids amounting to 2. 07% and thirteen inorganic elements. The content of potassium, calcium and magnesium was the most among the inorganic elements in fruits of Cassia fistula L.. Conclusion The results provide a basis for further exploiting fruits of Cassia fistula L.
