摘要
目的考察维生素E淀粉软胶丸的溶出度,对其生物利用等效性进行评估。方法采用《中国药典》方法。结果淀粉软胶丸壳崩解速度快,维生素E溶出度符合技术要求。结论维生素E淀粉软胶丸可以满足生物利用的要求,制备工艺合理稳定。
Objective To investigate the dissolution rate of Vitamin E starch soft capsule. Methods Vitamin E was filled in soft shell which was made from starch. The dissolution rate test was carried out in dissolution test system according to Chinese Pharmacopeia. The dissolution parameters were evaluated. Results The dissolution rate of Vitamin E starch soft capsule was up to 95 percent within 50 minutes. Conclusion Vitamin E starch soft capsule can be used to be orally taken.
