摘要
目的考察枳香胶囊中枳实、高良姜、肉桂、荜茇等挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。方法采用单因素及L9(34)正交实验设计,以收油率作为评价提取工艺的指标优选提取工艺;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分作为评价包合工艺的指标优选β-CD包合工艺。结果挥发油最佳提取工艺为:加水10倍量,浸泡2.5 h,提取5h;挥发油的最佳包合工艺为采用饱和水溶液法,β-环糊精与挥发油的配比为8∶1,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为75 min。结论所选提取工艺提取率高,包合工艺合理,节约成本。
Objective To study optimum conditions for the extraction of volatile oil from Fructus Aurantii Irnmaturus, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarurn, Cortex Cinnamorni and Fructus Piperis Longi in Zhixiang Capsules, and for the preparation of their β-CD inclusion compounds. Methods The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design. With the percentages of extracted volatile oil of Froctus Aurantii Irnmaturus, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum, Cortex Cinnarnomi and Fructus Piperis Longi as the target markers the optimum conditions was determine for extracting the volatile oil. With the ratio of inclusion and the oiling - bearing from the inclusion as the target marker the conditions for including the oils with β-CD were optimized. Results The optimized extraction conditions were: the water was 10 times of the herbs in weight, the herbal medicine of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarurn, Cortex Cinnamorni and Fructus Piperis Longi should be extracted for 5 hours after advanced soaking 2.5 hours with water. The optimized inclusion conditions were : applying the saturated aqueous solution method, the proportion ofoil and β-CD was 1 ml: 8g, the temperature and time were at 60℃ and 75 minutes, respectively. Conclusion The established process can be used for the extraction and the inclusion of volatile oil from Fructus Aurantii Irnmaturus, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum, Cortex Cinnamorni and Fructus Piperis Longi in Zhixiang Capsules. The obtained ratio of oil is high, the inclusion process is suitable and the cost is economic.
