巴西蘑菇抗肿瘤药理研究进展

Progress of Study on Pharmacological Effects of Anti-tumor in Agaricus blazei Murill

以目的阐述近年来巴西蘑菇抗肿瘤药理研究进展，为其深入研究和开发提供参考。方法查阅1994—2006年美国Medline、荷兰Elsevier及中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）中有关巴西蘑菇抗肿瘤等药理文献进行分析综述。结果巴西蘑菇具有抗肿瘤、抗突变、调节免疫功能、辅助放化疗等药理作用。结论巴西蘑菇在抗肿瘤方面具有多种药理作用，具有广泛的开发前景。

Objective To provide references for the further research and exploitation of Agarieus blazei Murill, we expatiate the progress in pharmacological effects on anti - tumor of Agarieus blazei Murill in recent years. Methods The literature about pharmacological effects on anti - tumor of Agaricus blazei Murill have been reviewed and analyzed which searched on Medline, Elsevier and CNKI database from 1994 to 2006, Results Agaricus blazei Murill has many phannacological effects such as anti - tumor, an- ti - mutation, immune - modulating and adjuvant radiochemotherapy etc. Conclusion Agaricus blazei Murill has various pharmacological actions and has a fine prospect in exploitation.
