教学指导性护理查房在护生带教中的应用

The Application of Instruction of Nursing Inspection of Ward in the Clinical Practice of Nursing Students

目的为在临床护理实习带教中运用整体护理教学模式,逐步培养学生运用护理程序对病人实施整体护理的能力。方法以“肾病综合征患儿的护理”为例,进行教学内容的准备和安排;进行教学指导性护理查房过程、方法、评价的整体组合。结果与结论教学指导性护理查房能培养护生运用护理程序的思维方式进行临床实习,还能激发护生的学习动机和解决护理问题的能力。

Objective This paper introduces the holistic nursing teaching mode applied in instructing clinical nursing practice to cultivate the nursing students, ability to carry out holistie nursing by going through the nursing procedures in person in hospital. Methods Talking ＂the nursing of nephrotic syndrome＂ as an example, the author introduces the preparation and arrangement of teaehing eontent, and the instruction of nursing inspection of ward proeess, method and the holistie integration of the inspeetion effeet evaluation. Results and Conclusion The study proves that instruction of nursing inspection of ward can help cultivate, ability to complete clinical practice by going through the nursing process in person and can also stimulate the nursing students, motivation to work hard and cultivate their ability to solve nursing problems.
