光纤CATV直接调制与外调制的理论和实践

文章就光纤ＣＡＴＶ调制方面的若干问题，进行了深入的分析。结果表明：外调制以其系统的复杂性换来对直接调制产生附加频率调制的有效克服。

This paper presents a deep analysis to some modulation issues in fiber optic CATV system.The result of analysis indicates that external modulation system exchanges its complexity for an effective control to additional frequency modulation created by direct modulation,and at the same time provides higher light transmitting power with higher signal to noise ratio.
