聊城大学校园空气细菌的时空分布及空气质量评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解高校校园空气细菌的时空分布及空气质量,为学校环境卫生学评价提供依据。方法采用平皿沉降法对聊城大学校园空气细菌进行检测。结果校园1.5m高度空气细菌平均含量为2.35×103cfu/m3,空气质量为细菌较清洁水平。不同地点中以校园网吧空气细菌的含量较高,达轻度污染水平;校医院、校阅览室空气清洁;地面空气细菌的污染程度较高,达轻度污染水平,人群呼吸带以上空气清洁度提高;不同时段的空气细菌含量差异无统计学意义。结论校园空气细菌的时空分布与人员活动密切相关,人员密集地及呼吸带轻度污染。校园空气总体处于较清洁水平。 Objective To study the space-time distribution of airborne microorganism and air quality, and to provide evidence for school environmental hygiene. Methods By using the method of gravity plate, airborne microorganism were investigated on Liaocheng Univesity Campus. Results The content of air bacteria in campus was 2.35 × 10^3 cfu/m^3 at 1 .5in height, the quality of air was at comparative clear level. In different places of the university campus, the content of air bacteria was high in internet bars and the air quality was low-grade pollution. The air of university hospital and reading room were clear. The air bacteria pollution was high near the ground, and reached low-grade pollution, the air cleanness increased over the respiratory zone. The content of air bacteria was not significant in different time. Conclusion Space-time distribution of airborne microorganism is closely correlated with people' s activity. Air is slightly polluted at respiratory zone or densely populated area. Generally,the air is clean on the campus.
