Analysis of 大沼保昭 “Human Rights View of Consistent Civilization”

作为寻求解决国际人权分歧的一种尝试,日本学者大沼保昭提出,要想化解世界各国在人权问题上的分歧,就应该放弃对“自由权人权偶像崇拜”的态度,破除人权崇拜,倡导文明相容的人权观,构建文明相容的国际人权合作机制。

As an attempt to solve international human rights difference, Japanese scholar 大沼保昭 proposed that in order to solve the international human rights difference, the attitude toward ＂free human rights idolatry＂ should be abandoned, human rights worship should be cleared away, consistent human rights should be initiated to build international human rights cooperation mechanism of consistent civilization.
