河南省师范生职业认同感调查研究

Investigations on the Professional Approval Sense of Normal Student in Henan Province

运用实证研究的方法,通过对1500名在校师范生的职业认同感进行调查的结果显示:师范生职业认同感淡薄的现象普遍存在;有相当一部分师范生对未来的教师职业缺乏合理的认识和正确的态度,没有足够的职前准备与训练。这是社会、学校和个体等多种因素共同作用的结果。

Using the way of case study and through the investigation of 1500 normal students at school about their professional approval sense, the result shows： the phenomenon of normal students＇ weak professional approval sense is universally existed; a lot of normal students lack of reasonable understanding and correct attitude towards the future job of teaching and haven＇t enough professional preparation and training. These phenomena are joint result of multi-factors, such as the society, school, and individuals.
