辨证治疗仪治疗骨性关节炎随机、开放、阳性平行对照、多中心临床研究

Osteoarthritis Treated with Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs Treatment Equipment:a Ran-Open-Parallel Control and Multicentre Clinical Research

目的:考察辨证治疗仪治疗骨性关节炎有效性和安全性。方法:进行随机、阳性平行对照、多中心临床试验,入选病例72例,随机分为辨证治疗仪治疗组36例和通络祛痛膏组36例两组,分别采用辨证治疗仪和通络祛痛膏进行治疗。结果:改善骨性关节炎症状方面两组均有明显的疗效,疗效分析结果显示:试验组有效率为75%;对照组有效率为36.1%;两组疗效差别比较有统计学意义(P=0.002),两组试验组明显优于对照组;两组均能显著降低骨关节症状积分(P1=0.0000,P2=0.0000),且两组间比较有显著统计学意义(P=0.0023)。结论:辨证治疗仪治疗骨性关节炎是有效和安全的,无明显副作用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safe of differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment equipment to treat the osteoarthritis. Method： 72 cases were randomly divided the treatment and the control. The treatment treated with differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment equipment and the control treated with Tongluoqutong ointment. Result： The effective power was 75% in treatment and was 36.1% in control. Conclusion： Differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment equipment is utility and safe to treat the osteoarthritis.
