Determination of Trace Lead in Environmental Samples by Cloud Point Extraction Combined with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用浊点萃取技术-火焰原子吸收光谱法联用开发了分析环境水样中痕量铅的新方法.方法的检测限为58.7ng·mL^-1,线性范围为200~400ng·mL^-1,实际水样分析结果令人满意.所建立的方法可应用于铅的例行分析,为环境监测部门提供了便捷的检测工具,对铅的环境安全性评价具有非常重要的意义. This paper described a new method for the determination of lead in environmental water samples with cloud point extaction in conjunction with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear range and detection limit of the proposed method are 200 - 400 ng · mL^-1 and 58.7 ng · mL^-1 , respectively. Meanwhile, satisfactory results were obtained when it was applied to the real-world water samples. These indicated that the developed method was a good, convincible and analytical tool for lead determination in enviromental monitoring and very important for the evaluation of the environmental safety of lead.
