摘要
树脂传递模塑工艺的固化过程数值模拟有助于化学反应、材料结构与性能的控制,具有重要的科学意义和工程价值。根据该工艺的固化反应动力学模型、交联反应统计理论和温度方程,采用有限元法开展了固化过程的数值模拟,分析了温度、固化率、交联度和官能团浓度等物理量的影响因素以及变化规律。
The numerical simulation of curing processes in resin transfer molding is helpful to control the chemical reaction, material structures and properties. The kinetic equation of curing reactions, the numerical calculation equation of cross-linked structure parameters, and the control equation of temperature field were constructed. The numerical simulation of curing processes was carried out by means of the finite element method, and then the evolvement characteristics of temperature, curing ratio, cross-linking degree and functional group concentration were analyzed.
