摘要
以3,3′-二磺酸钠基-4,4′-二氯二苯砜(SDCDPS)、双酚S、4,4′-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)为原料,利用亲核缩聚反应,通过调整SDCDPS和DCDPS的比例与双酚S共聚,合成了一系列具有不同磺化度的磺化聚醚砜。该聚合物具有较高的分子量和良好的热稳定性,其膜表现出较低的吸水率和甲醇渗透系数。
A series of sulfonated poly(ether sulfone) (SPES) with various of degrees of sulfonation were synthesized by nucleophilic polycondensation of bisphenol S with different molar ratios of 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone (DCDPS) to 3,3'-disulfonate-4,4'-dichloro-diphenylsulfone (SDCDPS) in the presence of potassium carbonate in TMS/Toluene system. The copolymers have high molecular weight and good thermal stabilities. Low water uptake and methanol diffusion of the SPES membranes show good prospective applications in the proton exchange membranes fuel cell.
