热休克蛋白70、90α在严重多发伤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)在严重多发伤患者外周血白细胞中的表达规律及意义。方法采用Western blotting检测严重多发伤后患者(ISS评分≥16)外周血白细胞中HSP70、HSP90α蛋白的表达高峰期,以及检测严重多发伤经治疗后痊愈患者、严重多发伤因MODS死亡患者外周血HSP70、HSP90α蛋白在高峰期的表达情况。同时记录患者的预后。结果严重多发伤患者伤后72hHSP70、HSP90α蛋白均表达明显升高,而经治疗后痊愈患者表达明显增强,因MODS死亡的患者表达相对增强。结论HSP70、HSP90α表达强弱对于严重多发伤患者预后生存情况有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of HSP70 and HsP90α in peripheral blood leucocytes from patients with multiple trauma. Methods The peak levels of HSP70 and HSP90α in peripheral blood leucocytes from patients with multiple trauma who had been healed or died of MODS were detected by Western blotting. The prognosis of these patients was recorded. Results The expression of HSP70 and HSP90α was significantly increased in peripheral blood leucocytes of patients in 72 h after severe trauma. The expression of HSP70 and HSP90α in the patients who had been healed was increased obviously, and in those who had died of MODS that was relatively enhanced. Conclusion The level of HSP70 and HSP90α expression in peripheral blood leucocytes of patients might be closely related to survival after severe trauma.
