摘要
目的:探讨妊娠滋养细胞疾病(GTD)胎肝激酶-1(Flk-1/KDR)表达特征及其与葡萄胎恶变的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemisty)法对78例GTD组织和10例正常早孕绒毛组织Flk-1/KDR进行半定量检测。结果:GTD组织和正常早孕绒毛组织均表达Flk-1/KDR,在GTD中的表达水平显著高于正常早孕绒毛组,在完全性葡萄胎中Flk-1/KDR的表达水平显著高于部分性葡萄胎(P<0.05)。日后恶变组葡萄胎Flk-1/KDR表达量显著高于非恶变组葡萄胎(P<0.01)。结论:完全性葡萄胎中Flk-1/KDR的表达水平显著高于部分性葡萄胎,恶变组葡萄胎Flk-1/KDR表达量显著高于非恶变组葡萄胎,可能与葡萄胎恶变有关,有可能成为预测葡萄胎恶变的新指标。
Objective: To study the expression of fetal liver kinase - 1 ( Flk - 1/KDR) protein in gestational trophoblastic disease and their relationship with development of postmolar tumor. Methods: The levels of Flk - 1/KDR protein of surgical samples from 78 patients with gestational trophoblastic disease and 10 normal chorion villi were detected by immunohistochemisty. Results: Flk - 1/KDR protein were detected in normal chorion villi and gestational trophoblastic disease tissues. The expression level of Flk - 1/KDR protein in GTD was significantly higher than that in normal chorion villi ( P 〈 0.05) . The expression level of Flk - 1/KDR protein in complete hydatidiform mloe was significantly higher than that in partial hydatidiform mloe (P 〈 0.05) . In hydatidiform mole, the level of expression Flk - 1/KDR protein in those cases that developed into persistent trophoblastic tumor was statistically higher than those cases spontaneously regressed ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion.. Over expression of Flk - 1/KDR protein is found in gestational trophoblastic disease. The expression level of Flk - 1/KDR protein in complete hydatidiform mloe is significantly higher than that in partial hydatidiform mloe. Increased expression of Flk - 1/KDR protein may play a vital role in pathogenesis of GTD and may have relation with malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole. The presented results may provide a new way in predicting transformation of hydatidiform mole.
