摘要
针对数控铣床,提出了提高数控铣床生产效率的方案,其中包括制订合理的加工路线;选择恰当的刀具;合理安装夹紧工件;合理选择切削用量;实行刀具预调和自动测量;加强信息化建设和人员培训等方面的措施和方法。
Proposed the projects to improve the production efficiency for the NC milling machine, including six aspects measures as follows: Makes a reasonable processing route; Chooses an appropriate cutting tool; Reasonably install and clamp work pieces; Reasonably choices cutting parameters; Implements tool Presetting and automatic measure; Strengthens the information construction and personnel training and so on.
