软开关弧焊电源主电路元器件的选择与设计

Components selection and design of main circuit of soft-switched type arc welding power source

对新型软开关弧焊电源主电路元器件进行了选择,主要包括:开关元器件、变压器一次侧整流电容、变压器二次侧滤波电容、变压器一次侧串并联电容的选择和参数确定;设计了变压器、电感。据此对研制的新型软开关弧焊电源进行了实验研究,实验证明该电源工作稳定、可靠。从而说明电源主要元器件的选择和设计合理、有效。

Main circuit components are selected and their parameters are defined for the soft-switched arc welding power source in this paper.It includes switch device,rectification capacitors of the primary,filter capacitors of the secondary,series and parallel connection capacitors of the primary,the primary and secondary in this article belong to the transformer,and the transformer and inductance are designed.The power source is made in the basis of the data and experiments are done.It is proved that the power source works steadily and reliable, also demonstrated that selection and design of main circuit components is reasonable and valid.
