摘要
采用常规骨髓细胞空气干燥法,分析了贵州两种菊头蝠的核型,大耳菊头蝠2n=62,30对常染色体均为端着丝粒染色体。其中第13对常染色体的端部带有1次缢痕。X染色体为大型亚端着丝粒染色体,Y染色体为端着丝粒染色体。染色体臂数(FN)为60。马铁菊头蝠2n=58,常染色体由2对小型的中部着丝粒染色体,26对端着丝粒染色体组成。X染色体为亚端着丝粒染色体,Y染色体为小型端着丝粒染色体,染色体臂数(FN)为60。马铁菊头蝠的核型为国内首次报道。
The karyotypes of two Rhinolophus species from Guizhou were studied by using bone marrow cells and the slides were prepared through air - dried method. The diploid chromosome number and fundamental number (FN) of Rhinolophus macrotis were 62 and 60 respectively. Of the 62 chromosomes, 30 pairs were acrocentric autosome and a secondary constriction existed near the centromere of one acrocentric pairs (no. 13 ). The diploid chromosome number and fundamental number (FN) of R. ferrumequinum were 58 and 60 respectively. Of the 58 pairs, there were two pairs Of small metacentric, 26 pairs of acrocentric, a subtleocentric X and a small acrocentric Y -chromosome. Karyotype of R. ferrumequinum had not been reported in China before.
