摘要
2005—2006年,在大连旅顺沿海进行了虾夷扇贝海区采苗试验。试验结果为:2005年月亮湾海区采苗密度,第1批为231枚/袋,第2批为423枚/袋;2006年月亮湾海区采苗密度为242枚/袋,董砣子海区为456枚/袋。生殖腺指数等调查结果表明,长海县各海区虾夷扇贝开始产卵时间在3月末4月初。虾夷扇贝浮游幼虫附着高峰期出现在5月底。
Scallop （Patinopecten yessoensis） larva collection trial was conducted in Lushun coastal area from 2005 to 2006. Total 231 packages of spat were collected in first batch and 423 packages of spat in second batch in Yueliang Bay in 2005. In 2006, the collection density was 242 individuals per package at Yueliang Bay. The collection density was 456 spats per package at Dong Tuozi Bay. The gonadosomatic index investigation showed that the scallop began spawning at late March or early April around Changhai coastal area. And the settlement of planktonic larvae mainly occurred at late May in Dalian coast.
