转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在肌腱愈合和粘连形成中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 肌腱损伤后经常会产生粘连,很多学者致力于肌腱愈合过程中生长因子的作用的研究,他们通过体外或体内试验模型对各种生长因子进行了研究。近来的数据表明转化生长因子-β在肌腱愈合过程中有重要的作用,它还是组织纤维化和肌腱粘连形成过程中的关键因子。文章的目的是回顾有关TGF-β作为肌腱愈合与粘连的基础分子的研究。 Postoperative adhesions frequently compromise the success of tendon repair. Recent research has focused on the role of growth factors in tendon wound healing. Many basic science reports have described the identification and quantification of various growth factors in in vitro and in vivo models. Recent data implicate TGF-β specifically in tendon wound healing. TGF-β is also a key cytokine in the pathogenesis of tissue fibrosis and tendon adhesions. The purpose of this article is to describe what is known about the molecular basis of tendon wound healing, to review TGF-β as one of the most commonly studied growth factors.
