On the regional integration and multilateralism of trade in financial services

从区域一体化的理论依据入手,通过对WTO和欧盟、北美自由贸易区的金融服务贸易法律规范和实践进行分析,指出区域一体化和多边化之间是相辅相成的关系。

As an exception to the general rule of most-favored-nation treatment, the regional integration is stipulated in the legal system of GATr and GATS. The article consists of three paris. Earl one is the general legal theory of regional integration. Part two compares the WTO legal system of trade in financial services with EFTA and NAFTA legal system of trade in financial services. On the basis of analysis above, part three concludes that regional integration complement the multilateralism and regional integration provides many important experiences for multilateralism.
