摘要 为了减少滑片式压缩机的滑片与缸孔壁面之间的摩擦损失,提出一种飞块减摩装置,并对其进行了计算分析。研究结果表明,该装置可有效地降低滑片外端与缸孔壁面之间的接触力,从而减少了压缩机的摩擦与磨损。但是,减摩飞块装置必须精心设计,以确保压缩机在最高转速工作时滑片与缸孔不出现脱空。 A new kind of friction-reducing flyweight device was put forward for reducing the friction waste and abrasion between the vane and the surface of the cylinder bore, and this device was analyzed based on the case. The result shows that the device can reduce the contact force between the vane' s outside and the cylinder bore wall and decrease the friction waste and abrasion of the vane compressor. But the friction-reducing flyweight should be designed elaborately to prevent the compressor from contacting failure when running at the maximum service speed.
