摘要
通过对挡风抑尘板的风洞试验及实用挡风抑尘效果的测试评价,进行了挡风抑尘网的空气动力学研究。风洞试验表明:开孔率为30%的挡风板,挡风效果最好;理想的挡风距离为板高的10倍左右;有效挡风庇护距离可以达到网高的16倍左右。挡风抑尘网在小风条件下平均抑尘效率可达89.77%;大风条件下,开启煤场喷淋装置,平均抑尘效率可达87.55%。
By means of air hole test on wind-proof and dust control board and test and evaluation of practical wind-proof and dust control effect, the aerodynamic study for wind-proof and dust control mesh was conducted. The air hole test shows: the wind-proof effect of wind-proof board with 30% of the opening rate is the best one; the ideal wind-proof distance is about 10 times of board height, the effective wind-proof protection distance can be reached up to about 16 times. The mean dust control efficiency of the wind-proof and dust control mesh under minor wind condition can be reached up to 89.77%, under the condition of terrible wind, the spraying device provided at coal storage yard is in operation, the mean dust control efficiency can be reached up to 87.55%.
