分析了蒸氨加热过程的能量损失,在蒸氨塔使用蒸汽喷射式热泵,可达到节能、环保、废物利用的效果。蒸汽消耗降低23.42%,蒸氨废水含氨浓度在0.01%以下,大大减轻了后续废水处理的压力,3.5个月就可收回投资。
The energy loss during ammonia stripping process was analyzed, steam injection hot pump is used in ammonia stripper, the energy-saving, environmental protection and waste utilization effects can be obtained. Steam consumption is reduced by 23.42%, ammonia concentration in ammonia stripped waste water is below 0.01%, the downstream load for waste water treatment is greatly reduced, the investment can be recovered within 3.5 months.
