企业管理者情绪机理及其研究方法 被引量:2

摘要 情绪稳定性是企业管理者的核心情绪特质,与管理绩效存在强相关性;管理者的情绪产生在生理结构上与常人相同,但在功能上存在差异,表现出与管理岗位要求相符的行为特征及其偏好,研究这种偏好对企业绩效提升和团队凝聚力的加强具有现实意义而在研究情绪机理的方法上,脑电技术(ERP、EEG、PET、FMRI)是较科学的常用方法。
