With an introduction to the actuality of industrial structure in Northeast old idustrial base and the influence of the change and adjustment of industrial structure upon the demand of high level talents, this thesis put forward some approaches of improving the training quality of postgraduate students so as to meet the demand of high level talents in the new situation.
