我国成人高等教育质量危机溯源与对策探析

A Study of the Origin of the Quality Crisis of Adult Higher Education in China and Analysis of Its Solutions

当前我国成人高等教育质量危机主要表现在培养目标不明确、培养资源严重匮乏、培养过程监管不利等方面。提高成人高等教育质量是一项需要全社会共同关注和参与的系统工程。成人教育系统内部的自我维护与自我更新,应当从成人高等教育质量危机的三大根源入手,以增强学生学习能力和职业发展水平为培养目标,大力加强成人高等教育培养资源建设,进一步加大成人高等教育培养过程的监管和调控力度。

Nowadays the quality crises of adult higher education mainly lie in the following aspects; there are no clear education objects; the educational resources are scarce and the supervising and management are unsuccessful. To improve the quality of a- dult higher education is a systematic engineering that requires the joint concern and participation of the whole society. The self- defense and self-renewal inside the system of adult education should start with the three origins of quality crises, which should take developing students＇ learning ability and vocational level as the training objects, reinforce the educational resources of adult higher education and strengthen supervision and administration of the education process.
