City Public Emergency Disposal System:the Main Problem & Its Countermeasures——Taking Chengdu as an Example

本文结合成都城市建设,探讨了我国城市公共危机应急处置体系的现状与不足,并结合发达国家和地方政府的突发公共事件应急管理经验,提出一些基本的解决对策。

Taking the city construction of Chengdu as an example, this research probes into the status quo and defects of the public emergency Disposal System of Chinese cities, also summarizes the public emergency management experience of developed countries and local governments, and put forward some basic countermeasures.
