河南汉族深静脉血栓形成患者凝血因子Ⅶ基因多态性检测

Detection of polymorphism of the coagulation factor Ⅶ gene in people with deep venous thrombosis in Henan Han population

目的探讨河南汉族人群深静脉血栓(DVT)患者与凝血因子Ⅶ(FⅦ)基因R353Q、5′F7多态性的关系。方法运用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)技术对103例DVT患者和250例健康对照者进行FⅦ基因R353Q、5′F7多态性分析。结果2种多态性基因型频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。DVT组和对照组R353Q、5′F72种多态性基因型频率及等位基因频率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2种多态性可能不是河南汉族人群DVT发病的遗传学风险因子。

Aim： To study the association of polymorphism of the coagulation factor Ⅶ （ Ⅶ ） gene with deep venous thrombosis（DVT） in Henan Han population. Methods： The R353Q and 5＇F7 polymorphisms of FⅦ gene of 103 patients with DVT and 250 healthy subjects were detected using PCR-RFLP. Results： There were no significant differences in the genotype or allele frequencies of Ⅶ gene between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The polymorphisms of Ⅶ gene are not associated with DVT in Henan Han population.
