河南汉族缺血性脑血管病患者胱硫醚β-合成酶基因844ins68多态性检测

摘要 目的探讨胱硫醚β-合成酶(CBS)基因844ins68多态性与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法运用PCR方法对512例缺血性脑血管病患者及500例健康对照者进行CBS基因844ins68多态性检测。结果缺血性脑血管病患者D/D基因型频率为96.88%,I/D型频率3.13%;对照组分别为97.20%和2.80%;患者组和对照组I等位基因频率分别为1.56%和1.40%。2组基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CBS844ins68多态性可能不足以构成河南汉族人群缺血性脑血管病发病的一个独立危险因素。 Aim: To explore the relationship between cystathionine-β synthase(CBS) gene 844ins68 polymorphisms and ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Henan Han population. Methods: CBS gene 844ins68 polymorphism in 512 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 500 healthy subjects were detected using PCR. Results: There were two alleles( D and I) and 3 genotypes(D/D,I/I and I/D) , and there were no significant differences in the frequencies of alleles and genotypes of CBS 844ins68 between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: CBS gene 844ins68 polymorphism may not be an independent risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Henan Han population.
